The proxyNM home/residential services sees you receive a PDF report periodically showing the results of your testing. We have put together an explainer for each of the PDF report’s main visualizatons.
We have tried to explain what these visualizations are showing us, how we measure them, what ‘normal‘ might look like and what you might do to improve matters.
The title of the visualization in your PDF report includes a short code (such as ‘RLa01: Latency’) which will help you find the correct explainer page.
We link to the explainer pages here – just take off the digits from the end of the visualization title shortcode and click on the matching shortcodes shown here. For example ‘RLa: Latency’ for the latency explainer:
